Hello, my Name is Marcel and i\u2019m from Germany.<\/p>\n In April 2013 i came first time to the beautiful island of Koh Phangan.\u00a0 Immdiately i fell in love and decided to get deeper into the culture of Thailand. The best way to do so, is to learn the language. I already started to learn some vocabulary back home but realized quiet quickly that this won\u2019t work so well.<\/p>\n When i came back in August last year , i planned to stay for a year to do a proper language course at a school, so i got in contact with KPT Language school.<\/p>\n Knowing, to learn a language that is completly different from any romanian language, i haven\u2019t been very confident to get by with.<\/p>\n Then the first lessons begun, held by Kru Kay, and my opinion start to change. Small classes, familiar environment and Kay\u2019s way of teaching, made me loose my timidity very quickly and gain skills that fast, faster than i ever could imagine. Now, 120 hours later i\u2019m able to read, write and speak Thai in a way i never dreamed about.<\/p>\n For that i want to thank the whole Team, including Uri, Lilly, Palm, Nhoi and especially Kru Kay. And I have to say that having Kay as my teacher, made going to class something I was looking forward to every week. She was always able to find a great way to explain everything and to make the lessons fun. Now after finishing my first year,<\/p>\n I can understand what\u2019s happening around me and it\u2019s making living here a lot easier. And I, of course, have to say a big thanks to the rest of the KPT team, for sorting out my visa and always welcoming us with a smile. My name is Dzhema, I'm from Moscow, Russia.<\/p>\n I have spent last two and a half years traveling and living in Thailand. I love Thai people, Thai culture and everything about this beautiful country.<\/p>\n It has been a pleasure studying at the KPT International Language School here on Koh Phangan.<\/p>\n Over the past year my instructor Nhoi, created a syllabi that seemed more like games to increase my retention of the language.<\/p>\n What was difficult at first, she made easy! I'm so thankful to all the staff: Nhoi, Palm, Lilly and all my fellow students for making this an experience I will never forget.<\/p>\n If you have a desire to learn Thai, I highly recommend studying at KPT.
